"This senseless killing of innocent civilians must stop"

Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma has expressed her anger at the continued acts of barbarism and terrorism perpetrated on innocent people by unscrupulous individuals and groups that wreak havoc in Nigeria, the Central African Republic, South Sudan, Somalia and other countries since earlier this year.
"This senseless killing of children, youth, women and other innocent civilians, even while they are asleep in school dormitories, in recovery in hospitals or in places of worship and relaxation, must stop."

From the hadith:
Verily, you are not better than those with red or black skin unless you surpass them in piety. (Hadith narrated: Ahmad 5 no. 158)
From Abu Hurairah, he said, The Messenger of Allah said, "Indeed, Allah does not look at your appearance and wealth. But what Allah sees is your heart and your deeds." (Reported Hadith: Muslim no. 2564)

EVEN IN A WAR SITUATION, here's the proof:

"And if there were no rebuke/prohibition of Allah against some people by others, then the monasteries and Christian churches and Jewish houses of worship and mosques in which the name of Allah was mentioned a lot will be destroyed." (Quran - Al-Hajj : 41)

"And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress. Verily, Allah does not love those who transgress.” (Quran - Al Baqarah: 191)

“But, if they stop (fighting you), You have no enmity except against the wrongdoers." (Quran - Al Baqarah: 194)

"And those who desire a certificate of freedom from slavery from what is in your right hand, then write for them (a certificate of freedom from slavery), if you know of any good in them, and give them of the treasure of Allah which He has given you. ” (Quran - An Nūr: 34)

“And, if you decide to punish, then punish them according to the wrong done to you. But if you are patient, then indeed that is better for those who are patient." (Quran - An Nahl: 127)

"The Messenger of Allah willed the warlord or army, the first one so that he and his troops fear Allah. Among what he said was "...do not kill children..." (Hadith narrated: Muslim no. 1731).

"Do not kill old people, children, and women ..." (Hadith narrated: Abu Dawud no. 2614, Ibn Abi Syaibah 6 no. 438, and al-Baihaqi in Sunan al-Kubra no. 17932).

"Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight those who disbelieve in Allah. Fight, don't overdo it (in killing). Don't run from the battlefield, don't mutilate, don't kill children, women, old people, and monks in their places of worship." (Hadith narrated: Muslim no.1731, Abu Dawud no.2613, at-Tirmidhi no.1408, and al-Baihaqi no.17935).

"Never cut down date palms, don't burn them, don't kill livestock, don't cut down fruit trees, don't tear down buildings..." (Hadith narrated by al-Baihaqi in Sunanul Kubra 17904, Ibn Asakir in Dimasyq 2 /75, and ath-Thahawi in Syarah Musykilul Atsar 3/144).

"A non-Muslim whose blood is guaranteed (promised not to be fought), then (a Muslim) kills him, then I am free from the killer. Even though what he killed was a non-Muslim.” (Hadith narrated: al-Bukhari 3/322).
